Returning product for a refund is easy! LifePharm offers a "no-hassle" return policy for retail customers. Committed to your complete satisfaction, we gladly back all our products with a 60-day money-back guarantee. All orders can be returned within 60-days from the order delivery date. All returns must be postmarked within the 60-day guarantee period. The cost of a product(s) is refundable, while shipping and handling are not refundable.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS (please read carefully):
- Email us at europe@lifepharm.com to request a return. Please provide your name, order number, and the item(s) you would like to return.
- Once your return has been approved, you will receive step-by-step instructions from us via email on how to return your item.
- You will receive an email as soon as we have received your return items, and when your refund has been issued.
Please Take Note: We charge a €30 handling fee for returning Cellnergy Wellness. Return postage is the buyer's responsibility. Please allow one to two weeks for the return to be processed. Once processed, LifePharm will credit the payment method used within 5-7 business days.
Refused Products: If you refuse delivery, your order will be subject to original shipping costs and any additional costs associated with the returned product.
